How do I get help?
There are several resources available for getting help with the login process for University web applications:
- Online Self-Service -- allows you to unlock, reset or change your WUSTL Key password, find your WUSTL KEY Login ID and manage your secret questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click here to access WUSTL Key Self-Service.
- Email Support -- Send an email to WUSTL Key Support.
- Phone Support -- Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am -5:00 pm.
