How do I get help?

There are several resources available for getting help with the login process for University web applications:

• Online Self-Service -- WUSTL CONNECT provides a number of self-service functions enabling you to find your WUSTL KEY Login ID, resetting or changing your password, and managing your secret questions.  Click here to access WUSTL CONNECT Self-Service.
• If you are a prospective freshman  or transfer student, please click here for support from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
• Email Support -- Send an email to Connect Support.
• Phone Support -- Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am -5:00 pm.

  • Students and alumni needing help accessing WebSTAC can contact the Office of Student Records at (314) 935-5908 or (314) 935-5919.
