What is my Login ID?
Your Login ID is the unique ID that you use in conjuction with your password to log in to Washington University systems.
The purpose of the Login ID is to identify you and distinguish you from other users. In the past, Login IDs have typically been Student ID numbers, employee ID numbers or Social Security Numbers.
WUSTL CONNECT introduces a new kind of ID -- your WUSTL KEY. Your WUSTL KEY Login ID and password can be used anywhere you see the WUSTL KEY logo.
Most users select their WUSTL KEY Login ID when the connect to a University system for the first time and their Login ID is based on their name. If you don't know your Login ID you may be able to retreive it using the WUSTL CONNECT Forgot Login ID function. - Applicants accessing WUSTL Pathway
Enter your WUSTL KEY Login ID assigned to you by the Washington University Admissions department.
- Students using SIS Applications or Administrative Information Systems
Enter your WUSTL KEY Login ID. If you don't have a WUSTL KEY Login ID you should enter your Student ID.
- Faculty and Staff using SIS Applications
Enter your WUSTL KEY Login ID. If you don't have a WUSTL KEY Login ID you should enter your SIS ID, the ID that you enter into WebFAC, Telesis, and other SIS Applications.
- Faculty and Staff using Administrative Applications
Enter your WUSTL KEY Login ID. If you don't have a WUSTL KEY Login ID you should enter your HRMS/Employee ID that you use for HRMS, the Research Gateway and Administrative Information Systems.
